Deloitte or EY for advisory/consulting? How/what are the benefits at each?

Hi All, I have two offers on hand.

1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.

Yoe is 2.8 and tech stack is DotNet Dev.

Which one would be better to join, considering the CTC, benefits and WLB?

Is luxoft has job safety? Anyone work there here?
