Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

Microsoft Received some feedback yesterday that I’m “Too smart for the role and they feared that I’d get bored and leave quickly. “ It’s honestly the most confused I’ve ever left a call. Does anyone know what this means? I thought it was a compliment initially but in retrospect it just doesn’t seem very genuine. Have y’all had anyone hit you with this one?

First off they are low balling you ,you can get reasonably 16 lpa if you are in a reasonable tech stack so don't join either try more , if no other option then Deloitte any day ,any hour , any minute or second !!!

Accenture. In terms of security, WLB & good hikes.
With the amount of Head count , i don't they would be that much security...
I think hikes in D is better than Accenture. And wlb is not good in D and depends on project in Accenture. Job security is same in both i think, if you don't perform well Accenture put you on PIP and terminate. Not sure about D though.

Accenture sucks both in terms of hikes and WLB when compared to Deloitte, especially in Consulting.
I guess the other authors are not speaking from experience.
I would take Deloitte anyday over Accenture.

Their base pay is low anyways 20 percent hike on 8 lpa package is nothing .....
