Deloitte vs IBM vs Publicis Sapient

Hi all,

I’ve received offers for a Senior Software Developer role from Deloitte, IBM, and Publicis Sapient.

Publicis has the highest offer

IBM is ~₹6 LPA lower

Deloitte is ~₹11 LPA lower than Publicis

While salary matters, I’m also considering work culture, learning, project quality, and growth opportunities.

Would appreciate any insights from folks who've worked at or with these companies.

Which companies offer good salaries for data engineers?

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year.
