Fixed: 30 LPA
Bonus: 3.33 LPA
Gratuity: 72130
Stocks: 2 LPA every year for 4 years
Benefits: 91k Broadband, meals and insurance
Total: 37 LPA plus joining bonus of Rs. 2 lakh

What’s the comp range for a consultant level at Deloitte ? 3 yoe and in denver ? Is 120k a good ask?

I work part time for a startup for equity and am attending an event on behalf of the startup. I’ve only been here a few months and asked multiple times to have a prep meeting with my boss. He instead sent me a 15 page document outlining 40 questions I should be able to answer the day before the event.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
