Hello Everyone, I have 3 years of experience.
I have 3 offers from Deloitte, PWC and Infosys.

Deloitte offering 10.5 fixed no variables, PWC offering 12 fixed + 75k joing bounce and Infosys offering 12.24 fixed + 1.4 variables.

This isy first switch so please help me how I can reach 15 at Deloitte?

Hey people

I have recently received an offer letter from PwC and have signed and accepted the offer (via Workday portal).
Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?
