Delta has seriously messed up the handling of my luggage, over 48 hours with little update. Should I call the medallion line or the complaint line as the slayed baggage reps were no help?

Chase Sapphire Reserve is not able to book a ticket for me on Air India because the flight is not showing up on their system. The flights shows up everywhere else including on Expedia, which powers Chase’s portal. Anyone had similar experience?

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
