Has anyone gone from Salesforce ProServe to AWS ProServe? Is it worth the move? Is there work life balance? Great pay it seems but at what cost?

How many of you have an MBA in HR. And how important an MBA in HR is to excel in the field of HR. Because I'm pretty mba in Marketing isn't that important to get you a Marketing job.

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

Did it happened with anybody else?
