Despite applying to over 100 jobs weekly and trying hard to secure at least two interviews every week, after months of effort, I’ve only received rejections.
This journey has been challenging, but I’m committed to improving and succeeding.
Could anyone offer insights into what I might be doing wrong, or share strategies that have worked for you in a similar situation?

I know I’m an excellent designer and creative leader but I am having the worst time securing just an interview. I’m tired of being ghosted. What can I do?

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Yesterday I also wrote an email to the HR who scheduled the interview but still no update.

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked).
