Started in BL as a midlevel two weeks back and had a pre planned vacation which I’ve let anyone who I’m working with know about (in addition to letting the firm know before I started). Still feel like I am setting myself back - I have also let everyone know I am available in case needed and offered to help in any way I can but I haven’t offered to work through the vacation.
