Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

Protocol for responding (or not) to unsolicited emails from recruiters to your work email? In other words, is it acceptable to just ignore without a response? New to US. Which brokers offer best margin accounts? For e.g. I have equities worth $100K and want to trade options. Is there a broker where I can do so without paying more in collateral money - essentially using stocks as collateral, and also not paying margin interest. Was able to do so in London, Hong Kong, and India. However, Robinhood here doesn’t seem to allow it.

Can anyone explain why margin is withheld from my account? I am using all cash and have margin trading turned off. I recently just sold my options on docu and Nvidia so not sure why I don't have the full amount of funds available for trading.

How much % or $ you think is safe for margin debt or borrowing from fidelity. I am tempted to take margin debt to buy stocks on fire sale. Generally I don't like debt and keep it zero or 1-2k. Want to avoid margin calls in the event stocks goes down more.
