Nah just the customer care line - just said I missed an important meeting - supposedly delta is giving everyone who was delayed over 4hrs 20k on may 1st
I just called domestic reservation line. Told them about my canceled flight and after they processed the refund I said "is that all I'm going to get?" And the lady asked if I wanted to be compensated and I said yes...
Submitted a complaint at Delta.com on Thursday afternoon and haven't received a response yet. I'm assuming they have a large backlog to work through

@EY1 I did that once and after a month I didn't hear anything so I called
I have had good luck pursuing resolution via email with DL. Occasionally I do call but usually only for time sensitive issues
Ha. And DL devalued their miles again last week. Have fun with those miles
Email from DL arrived. 20k miles and $220 reimbursement for my hotel (which was a self reported expense; DL didn't even ask for a receipt)
@EY1 😳 What was your complaint? What was your issue? More than just the weather delays?
Primarily an 18 hour delayed flight that resulted in an involuntary overnight stay. Technically, it was coded as a weather delay but I explained the non-weather factors of IT and other operational issues and requested that DL cover my hotel expense, etc. that would not normally be covered for a weather delay
