Did not get any hike within my 6 months of joining deloitte India.

Joined deloitte in Jan'25.

As per my offer letter i was eligible for him in Jun.

It says: "you are encouraged to discuss it only with service line leadership or your designated Talent team member"

Should i still chase for the hike revision or forget about it for this year?

Is there any chances of getting the hike revised

So I chose an offer for Deloitte India over Infosys as a Node.js developer. Joining next week. But most of the time when people praise Deloitte they mean USI so I have been of two minds and wondering if I made the right decision.
Also is travel needed for Consultant designation?
In the managerial round the guy told me only need to go to office to pickup the laptop and after that it's wfh.

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

Hi Fishes. I have requested the hr to revise my Offer letter since the ctc offered was well below what was discussed . Someone from the Talent Team did confirm they are discussing it . Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
