Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata. My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql. My main concern is proper technical exposure, I am slightly afraid that Credit Suisse might not put me into a technically challenging project Credit Suisse Cognizant

First time founder hoping to get som feedback from the startup community. I launched an angel investment network trying to fill the need for a purely introductory based network vs a variable fee/crowdfunding. The goal or this project is to maximize the number of introductions. I just redid our investor signup page and would be very grateful for any sign ups and feedback. It’s completely free and should only take about 30 seconds.

Isn’t that just an income partner?
Basically, but you have shares it’s just you don’t participate in the upside or downside - your earnings per share component is fixed.
Interesting - I have heard that the tier below the big 4 does it for first 4-5 years and at least 2 of the big 4 but didn’t realize it wasn’t across the board
No. You aren’t a partner if you aren’t taking part of the income?
How can it be fixed? Just curious. By us first year partners are given an estimate but it’s trued up at end of year. If they have a huge lawsuit it doesn’t matter and in theory they may be paid more than others? If they have a great year and double their forecast they don’t get any upside? Doesn’t seem like a model to encourage high performance?
