Do management consultants with MBA still use SOC code Management Analyst lately? My H1B extension was denied after RFE (4th petition, 7 years with the firm - caught me by surprise). Just found out PwC Law used a different SOC code this time as USCIS was pushing against this code, especially for MBAs, but I think it’s still the safest one for re-filing.
