This is pretty good 🤣
What’s the stereotype about Takeda?
Honestly in my experience Takeda is two very different beasts depending on product / therapy area.
Classic Takeda is broadly pretty efficient, well-run, though sometimes a bit brutal about cutting people from the team. Whereas all the ex-Shire (and by implication also ex-Baxter) products are a bit chaotic, with poor organisation, having all the cultural hallmarks that left Shire in position for a takeover.
I'm agency side though, so this might be an imperfect view, espe.cially as the Baxter-era portfolio is losing exclusivity. But it's often felt that Takeda need their agencies to lend a lot of organisational and process support for the ex-Baxter products.

As a recent grad (low risk tolerance) and being a research assistant (assuming you would be in R&D/QC function), the best advice is to begin working for Biotech start-ups because this is where the future of Pharma is. You will get a LOT of experience in a short amount of time, and you will have the possibility to go BIG with the stock options offered. ...or bust where you move to another start-up or big Pharma with expericence you have obtained. Don't go to big Pharma right away because they no longer innovate, they buy promissing start-ups. Therefore, you will eventually end up in big Pharma in an aquisition move and could make a tonn of money along the way.
