Do you feel obliged to keep video on as someone in leadership position? On some days, I'm living up my WFH life and while I'm fully present, I just don't want to be seen in my natural habitat. But hey, I'm more than happy for the rest of team to have their cameras on. What do others think of this? Should you set the tone and turn your video on so the rest of the team is encouraged to see each other?

Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy).
