My fiancé will NOT stop talking about her ex. After I found out they were texting arguing she justified it by saying it was about the dogs and not them. Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. What is your approach?

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies. I am not complaining, but I have this creeping irrational feeling that I’ll get fired for not working even though there’s nothing for me to do. Should i be making up projects or asking for more work? Or just chill out? I just feel very confused. Are a lot of full time jobs like this?

What would you do?
- You have your annual review with your manager
- They promote you up a level, you see your new shiny salary and title
- End meeting
- Get a DM to meet with manager the same week
- Get told that your title was “a mistake” and that you would keep the salary and but not the title. Due to a communication with upper leadership.
- 2 months later your title updates in Messaging channels and with HR with the leveled up title.

What do hiring managers want to hear when they ask "What's your process?" because I don't think I have one.

They ended up repurposing it for a print on a dress. I haven’t added it to my portfolio yet, but I just came across my illustration on a portfolio. The girl who replaced me after I quit took my line work from the illustration and slapped their logo in the middle and put it on her portfolio as her work for the brand.
