Do you keep a change of work clothes in your vehicle? I never used to, but a few weeks ago I had a rather embarrassing accident at lunch. Now I keep an overnight bag in my trunk with clothes and hygiene products, just in case. One mistake and now I'm a paranoid mess.

I hope he’s in as much pain as I am. The way he ended it was so cold and selfish and unlike how he was any other time with me. It was like a personality switch. I’ve never been so wrong about someone. I’m not sure how to process or recover from that part of it.

Anyone else tired of the constant changes in leadership?

I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group. How do I ask for a title change and pay increase to reflect what I actually do? Do I ask my contract house, or my NASA mgmt? Should I ask to make the pay retroactive since I was hired to do one thing, but do another?

I'd love an opportunity to work for the federal government in contracting or procurement but have found it difficult to get selected for an interview. What's the catch?

Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department. What is everyone's long-term career goal with the clinical research field? What do you hope to be doing in 10-15 years?

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

I’ve worked with many different industry-sponsors and CROs throughout the years, but many jobs I am applying to require experience at a biotech/CRO/pharma company. Would really appreciate any advice or referrals. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.
