Hi All,
I switched to tcs few months back ,here project manager told me that work will be in Angular but when I got into the project it was only html,css and jQuery. now how can i change my project as current one is not going along with my aspirations. It's a technology which now no one uses much . Under my current client all projects are based on that only . Plz suggest that how can I change my current project .?Tata consultancy sevices

Yes. No agency will ever give you their highest. Whatever offer they gave was based on the possibility you’d negotiate.
Only exception is if you’re working with a recruiter who you already told your desired salary to and the offer is exactly that. In which case, negotiate on number of PTO days.

Always, even if you love the offer ask for more. Also don’t respond yes immediately, take at least 24 hours to really review the offer and ask any questions.

They’ll either accept or come back saying they can’t. No harm done as long as it feels like they’re open to the conversation and you set it up as a negotiation/conversation so they don’t withdraw their offer.
I have negotiated every offer ever except the one for my current job. Mostly because I found it to be more than fair and I respected that about the agency.
I usually push as high as I think I can go for the position in that market. And I turn down the agencies that won’t keep up with the market. Had to do that twice with one agency over the years. But was pleasantly surprised when an internal (female) recruiter offered me more than I dreamed at one agency.
