I am currently interviewing at TikTok for the Content Partnerships Lead role. Can anyone share some insight into the salary bands in the Sub-Saharan African market? Should I benchmark with the global rates?
Any tips and experiences interviewing in this region are also welcome - and highly appreciated! :)

Nah not worth it. Take the high road. People love a reaction and it will drive them crazier if they don't get a response. They clearly want to be seen.
And by tagging your boss and your bosses boss, this is no longer your problem. I would make sure your team is all on the same page but make your manager deal with it and you go focus on your other work.
FWIW-- you should still experience those spicy emotions. Write down what you'd really like to tell then and burn the paper, rip it up etc. Have the feelings but don't put them out there to them.
Don’t leave a trail. Talk to them in person.
A bit more background, they also tagged my manager and her manager in a response asking about language they thought was wrong but I had already gotten approval on from her manager. And we made good after the first hiccup, but this is just too much for me. It’s such a low priority and like 10 people are going to see it lol
Should also note that my “spicy” isn’t really rude, it’s just strongly worded lol
Write regret it say it forget it.
