My problem is thats I have not yet resigned from my current job and Due to 3 months NP none of them ready to take my Interview.
Feeling Demotivated now after TCS ' HR call.

What’s the best way to let them down if you end up getting an offer?
Hopefully you know before it gets to that point whether or not you’re interested. If you are, and the compensation isn’t enough to move, I tell them what it would take.

It's good to meet CDs and recruiters, it's good practice, it's good to know where you sit in the industry in terms of salary, perks, interest, etc.
And because they reached out to you, not you to them, you don't have to feel bad when you turn them down.
