After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. Closing on my first home. Advice for anyone with student loans in administrative forbearance per the Cares act: once your offer is accepted have you student loan servicer put your account back in repayment status.

Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.

Thoughts on buying pre-construction homes in markets that are popping and flipping selling them when construction is complete?

Anyone in CA dealing with increased insurance costs on rental properties. AllState just increased my rates by 46% from last year. I had no claims what so ever. I am reading online that several other companies have raised their costs as well and wondering what others are seeing and if there is a preferred insurance provider for you.

Under contract to buy my first home - house hacking a triplex. Property has been leased by the same three tenants for the last 5+ yrs, rents haven’t been raised since they moved in. Market rents have risen 70-100% in the same timeframe. All seem like ideal tenants (retired and take great care of the units) but I’d like advice on how to approach the rent increase conversation. Rents don’t make/break my mortgage payment but I’m leaving a lot on the table if I don’t increase significantly.
