Following. Have a really hard time with this
Sadly the only answer here is to work out and move more during the day. Run and lift (compound movements).
There’s gotta be more to it, I’ve seen plenty of people grind for days without nearly as much tightness as I get within a day.
I use a pair of lacrosse balls inside a little net so that they don't separate (you can also use a sock hah), lie on the floor with my head over it, and just do little chin tucks to massage out the kinks. It doesn't cure the pain (the same way a foam roller wouldn't) but it's a useful way to self massage
Great idea, I have a racketball I use for the same purpose. But I feel it’s more a remedy than a preventative measure.
Hows your posture? I find when I start hunching my neck/shoulders she’s really sore.
Posture’s so-so. In the beginning I’m fine but a few hours in I begin to tire out and can’t keep my body aligned as much.
Standing desk
I have one. It’s the same issue, get tired after a while.
