Does anyone feel healthcare entities are starting to prefer clinicians (RNs, APPs, etc) for administration roles, especially director and executive level, as oppose to non-clinical individuals? I’m finding it extremely hard to advance even with 10 years experience in operations and revenue management. I also have a MHA and MBA.
