Does anyone have an example CFA ESG certification exam to share?

I am a SAP developer with around 10+ yrs of exp. I want to move into product management, can anyone here guide me how to make that shift , what all skills I need to learn , do I need to have some certification from any B school ?

Has anyone pursued the CCWP (Certified Contingent Workforce Professional) certification? Was the exam difficult and did you feel it added value to your resume?

Does anyone have any sample policies regarding paying for employers paying for trainings/certifications on the condition the employee maintains employment for a period of time after complete toon? Looking to pay for CDL trainings, but want our people to stick around for at least one year post-certification - or we would deduct the cost of the class from their last paycheck should they leave prior to one year.

I got an offer to work at Morgan Stanley and I start in 2 weeks. Very happy that it’s my first actual job out of college but it is in wealth management. Is a transition possible to investment banking within the company in a few years? Or is it even necessary? My goal is to eventually work in private equity. Any advice is helpful 🙏🙏

Hello Fishes, currently Iam working as SPS T4 Associate at Amazon, Bangalore.
My kind of interests and experience is in Operations and supply chain management. So before joining as T4 Associate, I have applied many job applications related to Operations and Amazon Fulfilment center roles. But I didn’t got any response from the recruiting team.

So my query is, is there any other way to move into operations department/ Amazon Fulfilment center? Also does this require any assessment?
