They are saying they will train me in cloud for 3 months and then I have to work in Deloitte for 12 months. In total there will be a bond for 15 months. Regarding designation I am not sure but most probably they will give me Consultant only. How much salary can I ask ? I am having an offer of 12 from Cognizant.

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?
