Thoughts on Huge ATL?
Hi All
I have 18 years of experience , out of which 9 years I worked in Manufacturing industry in Quality and Planning area, then I shifted my career to SAP Functional in Manufacturing domain and in IT industry now for last 8+yrs. In between I have done executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode.Am I eligible to work in consulting in Bain India and Bain any other country?
Why Bain over the other 2?

5/28 Thread (General):
Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??
Hi fishes,
Please suggest what should I choose from following:
Mindtree -> 24 LPA (Following up every week if I am joining or not)
R Systems International -> 25 LPA (Current company, trying to retain, very good hold on project and good relations with manager)
CCTC->18 LPA
Tech Stack -> Angular Front end development.
Serving notice period (more than 2 months left)
Please suggest considering the global recession fears
Thank you.

Really depends on expectation of comp and what specifically you do.
Level is relative by job family. Partners generally come in as L7 (depending on seniority) and most L8’s at Amazon leave for c-suite roles at mid/large companies.
L10 and above are c-suite at majority of other companies.
Your MBA in and of itself generally doesn’t get much consideration but is more a means to an end.

Thank you!
Agree with above where MBA doesnt play much of a role. I recently joined the advisory space and I know quite a few people in L6 with your YOE. Direct hire to L7 is very difficult (I heard) and client delivery at L7 is only at 30%
I was hired into a Product role and moved to proserv later. At this this point my comp hasn’t changed but my most recent share reload was based on product rather than proserv (my salary is at Seattle max)
Looking at others in my group, I’d imagine proserv is comparable to product.
