Hii friends
We are hiring

I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Hi Fishes,
I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. Do you think i can believe my DM? Tata Consultancy Infosys

What industry? There are often industry specific job boards which I find a bit of a better bet than the general ones like indeed.
LinkedIn is the only other one I really use. I've had much better luck monitoring the career page on company websites. More tedious to do, but if you can find a listing on one before it makes it to one of the job boards, you've got a decent chance at actually getting your application seen.
The only real competitor is LinkedIn. What's really advisable is to do as much networking as you can so you don't have to rely on the boards. Talk to all your professional associates and make sure they know you're looking. Someone may know someone who knows of an opening, that's how these things often go down.

Definitely try LinkedIn. But, depending on your industry, if completely remote, there are a few others. Look for recruiters and go directly to their website. If your profile is up to date on LinkedIn, recruiters could be contacting you.
