I wanted an offer of around 20-24 lpa ..how should I negotiate that ( also got feedback that interview rounds went really well) ?

I’m a claims adjuster and have been working in the property & casualty industry for about 15 years. Can anyone recommend any companies that pay well, have good benefits and a good culture? My current company has great benefits, and a great culture but I feel I’m severely underpaid.

How much emphasis do y’all place on race/ethnicity when pursuing someone? Like is there ever a time when you think “wow this person is cool but I wish they were from X country”?

I ask bc I’m in a large friend group with people from one specific culture and I’m the different one. I can’t help but feel “left out” when I keep hearing about people in this group coupling up, or hanging out for the purpose of finding a spouse and never being considered… it’s starting to eat at my confidence lol

I was told that I was the chosen candidate for a new role that I applied for which will be promotion, I just recently received my offer and was surprised and decided to start negotiating. My boss immediately said that this is offer, either take it or lose it and no negotiating, and was only given a day to decide whether I want it or not, so he repost the position, and was also told that I was going about it the wrong way for trying to negotiate, Is this wrong of me to negotiate?

I know big 4 firms adjust salary upwards if you move from a low cost of living area to a high cost of living area. Do they move it down if you move from high to low? Note: part of national group.

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. Husband & I bought a home in DC suburbs Apr 2021. Buyer’s remorse because my job became indefinitely remote making it hard to build a social life here - 1/2 our friends moved away in last 1.5 years. Or sell it for nest egg after 2 yr mark to avoid capital gains tax & potentially just before the real estate peak (maybe 2025 if 18 year cycle+2007)? Husband wants to rent it, I want to sell.

NVDA stock - do you think it's overvalued? I think it is but wondering what others see it as.
