Advice I heard from a consultant is generally >50%. Interviews, especially student led interviews don’t matter much at all in the admissions process. It’s more a checkbox to make sure you’re not a robot.
The student basically just gives a yes or no. As long as you’re not super awkward and can give a decent interview then you’ll get a pass and it comes down to the rest of your application.

It’s certainly lower than the median, so the answer is “yes.”
That said, does that mean you can’t get into either school? “No.”
You are just taking a higher risk by applying with that score. And if you get in, the higher the reward with the risk you took as you saved time studying for the retake.
I think you responded to the wrong thread.
For every school in the top 25 it’s generally 50-60% odds post-interview.
The odds are slightly different for those programs that offer open interviews.
