I’m a first year analyst in RFA with deloitte and have really hated my experience so far. Both my projects have been a lot longer than they stated and I have learned 0 skills from either of them. I’m really just doing the same task every day and I feel like my undergrad degree is going to waste. I have a couple interviews in an MBB role and a Tier 2 tech but I also want to keep applying to other companies just in case. Does anyone know companies that are in a hiring frenzy right now?

My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. I think Im a pretty good/almost high performer but only around 3 years and my boss seems to still act like I’m brand new (lifer boomer). I try to tell myself he has 6 direct reports and has to do this with everyone, Im no more or no less special - but I hate these convos and negative feedback even when most of it is unsurprising/fair feedback. Any tips? Just need to get through it! HR people are not immune!

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.

My SO adds very little to our relationship. She has a dead end job. I cook. I work. I oversee finances. I plan trips. She doesn’t have a voice in the relationship. I’ve asked her to give her perspective but she always defaults to mine bc she thinks I’m smarter/worldly. She feels intimated by me and my social circle. Lately, I’ve found myself thinking for her. We are doing research pretty much on our own for the houses. So, I am looking for any references for buyer's agents who could offer us good commission rebate and help us with just basic stuff like paperwork and reviewing disclosures etc.

does wipro pays for notice period recovery , I preponed my release date from current org and I see that as recovery amount in my provisional f&f , I have sent a couple of emails, talked to wipro HR a couple of times asking if they shall pay for recovery but their response has been non committal so far , what should I do so I could get the notice period recovery done , the DU am going to, hiring manager from that told that it could be claimed but HR has not given anything in written so far?

I am looking for a referral for a job in Pfizer. I am a Pharmacist with many years of Pharmacy and Business experience. I am also in the process of starting my MBA. I would appreciate the help greatly as I have applied to other Pharma positions without referrals and not had much success this way. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
