Does anyone know the base salary range for L8 at Salesforce? This is for a Sr. Solution Architect role in CSG. Recruiter confirmed the bonus is 20% and RSU are part of TC. I have 7 YOE in the Salesforce ecosystem (19 total). I’m wondering if 190-200k base is in range.

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. My mental health and my personal relationships have been on a steady decline.
