Does anyone know what it's like to work for Centurion transport in Richlands as an Account Mgr? Do they allow you to be autonomous and work from home plus work life balance. Do they have good customer support systems and commercial team members to assist with reporting. Do they have a great transport booking platform and tracking? What are drivers like? Ate the team inclusive team oriented people. Are managers supportive and no egos.

Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr).
