Hello i got an offer from Brillio (joining in 2023) but as an intern i have experience of using go-lang as backend developer. So my question is should i join Brillo or look for some other companies. I don't know what type of clients Brillio have and tech they use.

Hi fishes,
I’m a fresher and have recently completed my internship as an Operations manager at Amazon. I am currently looking for FT opportunities. I came across and opening at Maersk for the role of Business Analyst. Could anyone refer me for the role or maybe point me to a suitable opportunity?
thanks!

Great that you reached out to your recruiter as the first step. Since they’ve kept intern offers, that’s a good sign. But you’re right to think ahead. I’d recommend having a backup plan just in case. So keep networking and exploring other opportunities. Make sure you stay in touch with your recruiter and hiring manager for any updates. And think about how you can make yourself indispensable early on. If you want to brainstorm backup strategies, happy to chat more. Feel free to reach out.

Your intuition is probably right. If a company is forecasting a bad quarter, whether its private or publicly traded, one of the easiest levers to pull is a hiring freeze. I went through the exact same thing almost 20 years ago. I was recruited by a Fortune 10 company only to get my offer rescinded a week after accepting an offer. Three weeks later, the company imploded. That company was Enron.

Like everyone else said. I’d have a back up plan for sure. It’s better to be safe than sorry
I think more or less market trend will affect the vacancy
