How would you respond if you were told no one was getting promotions due to how your organization did in the first quarter, however it’s May 2nd and now you are seeing several promotions on LinkedIn?

I currently work in HR (time&leave /payroll) for the city of New York. I actually like wat I do but I’m looking for something remote or hybrid . I have been with the city n 4 agencies going on 14 years but the daily office life with 3kids isn’t for me anymore.. any suggestions or anything hybrid n the HR field ?

I’m a young professional with 3 years of Sales experience seeking advice on how to find meaning in being a salesperson anymore? Starting to feel like this isn’t rewarding or “essential”. If you’ve felt this way before what did you do?

What positions would I qualify for?

I currently work as a Sales Specialist for a Fortune 500. My responsibility is indirect management of sales rep effectiveness/readiness for a specific product category. Throughout my career I have experience direct selling, coaching reps, sales training, strategic management of a product category, cross department partnerships. I’m looking to further expand my career into Leadership.

What are my options?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

Do we got some good offers or its another certificate just to add to CV after so much of investment & time I don't want to get this wasted !!

PHR or SHRM-CP?

Evaluating a job offer (yay!)
I have 8 years of HR experience, no college degree, and no HR certification. Titles held have been HR Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Associate HR Manager, and most recently, HR Director for only four months (toxic). Geographically speaking, salaries are not very high. I was offered $45k in an hourly role as a site HR rep for a hotel with about 50 employees in a bustling college town. Should I try to negotiate more pay? Any input is appreciated.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Should I go for a BDR role with base salary of 65-75 plus commission or stick with my new account executive role at 57k base plus commission. Not sure what the commission structure is for the bdr role.

A proserve recruiter reached out and I am yet to respond. I have heard horror stories (mostly online) about util, travel in proserve. Is it wise to jump from D to proserve ? Currently having about 20% travel but have been wanting to get out for a while now.

Are there listings on Zumper that don't show up in the search results? I got a Zumper notification about an apartment I saw on another relatively unknown rental site. Clicked on it, favorited it, and contacted the agent. I decided to check Zumper again today because apparently they have good deals, but the apartment was showing up in the results at all. I got selected in Accenture in the technical round. HR round is done too. I'm to have a final manegerial round.
My total years of experience is 9.8 years.
They are offering me an Associate Manager designation. Is that okay by Accenture hierarchy standards?
