Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

You eat expensive peanuts.
Bahahaha. 200k that’s a good one....
130+ depending on your year end scores previously
How much was peanuts
Two peanuts
PwC Manager salary for is around 120-165 depends on other factors
You mean 200k ?
I’m Commercial S&O at a little over $200k. MBA campus hire.
GPS. M3. Base $150k. Grown up in the firm.
Joined as a consultant. First year commercial manager at 120 base. No mba. Bay Area based. HC
Op too many variables but would say first year SM 170-200k depending on previous comp, offering, and ratings
Per this year’s numbers $115k which is the low end of the band.
Whooops I thought this said SM. My apologies. For consulting it would be 115-130 depending on other factors
OP, do you have an MBA? Trying to understand if grew up in the firm means GSAP and returned or nah.
Reason i mention is because without one, Deloitte pays you less - my friends who stayed at the firm and rose from BA to SC without GSAP made ~30K less compared to folks who did GSAP or were MBA hires.
Which practice? Service line? Commercial or federal? Within commercial S&O M1 would be ~170k
