No.
No as long as you remove all makeup off before bed
No. But things that happen as a consequence of not using good makeup or not removing makeup properly contribute to aging. Like tugging on the skin around your eyes (when removing makeup) can contribute to darkness around the eyes. Not washing your makeup off at night can interfere with the cell regeneration process that happens when you sleep. Wearing makeup with ingredients that cause irritation in the skin (alcohols, parabens, etc) and thus can cause discoloration or disrupt collagen production. Some makeup actually can be anti aging - skincare became super trendy during the pandemic so cosmetic companies started adding things like niacinamide or peptides to their foundations. It all just depends on the product ingredients and whether you appropriately care for your skin before and after.
The rubbing makeup off probably doesn't help but I don't think it should make you age faster if you're hydrating and moisturizing and removing makeup
