Does EY have any mortgage benefits that we should look into? Any discounts or anything? I'm trying to search... not finding much but swear someone said we did.

EYadvantage does not have anything remotely useful. Its a kickback scam.

Contact the EY Assist team. If they'll help us plan vacations, I'd be willing to bet they also help with mortgages at some level.

Check the EY Advantage page

That's what I was seeing EY2... limited benefits at all

I believe there's a benefit package that can help cover legal expenses or there's a legal service but you have to sign up during open enrollment ...? I think I read something like that during open enrollment.

Real talk. My employer doesn’t offer 401K or any investment or tax-sheltered vehicles. That said—I have a side company I own but isn’t making income right now. Is it possible to invest in my own company, set up a 401K for myself there and get the 57K/year max contribution? Effectively, if I were to do this, the company would have me on payroll, contribute to 401K and ultimately take a loss.

My husband and I (both 27) max out our Roth IRAs each year, have a complete emergency fund, and I’m able to start maxing my 401K this year (he contributes 10% to his 401K - it isn’t possible for him to max his based on his current pay). We contribute 18% extra towards principal on our mortgage each month. We now have about $20k of additional savings we want to figure out what to do with. Geniuses can you please share some ideas/creative ways to track the following.. Case: have around 25 companies and associated info. Part of that info includes company contact point info (name, email) each company may have 1-8 contacts. Contacts change frequently. Ideally I’d like my columns to be |comp name | contact name| contact email |etc, but the issue is I need to track when people leave a company, can’t delete the data. Rn I have 1 sheet holding comp info, another, contact info.
