Do socialists actually think talk like this from Kamala Harris is actually helpful? That you need an 'equity' approach whereby people with low income or of color are helped first post catastrophe.
It's funny because I sort of agree implicitly, but Harris's phrasing makes me less supportive of it.
If I were in her shoes and I were asked, I'd say, we will help people in need, and those whose need is most dire will be a priority. In practice, that means the poor are higher priority, of course.

From an outsider who understands culture: even if the new person embodies different values it takes a long time to fix toxic/unproductive cultures because it takes time to take hold.
Nothing will change. The new cco will hire 2-3 teams that he trusts and will win awards. The rest will stay the same and help the agency keep the lights on
The work there has been so bad overall, it makes you wonder if it was all Jason or if the clients even want to do good work.
The prob was jp brought in freelancers for the pitch team and overpromised and undersold. Then didn’t properly scope the work, so didn’t properly staff, and basically neglected the team/work after the win. It was always only about appearances with him—never substance.
They hired a new Chief Growth Officer too. Am curious too if it's changed much.
