Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?
Globant
Hi Team, I have joined GlobalLogic last week only and have been asked to join one client from cyber security domain but after joining got to know that client is chaning few things is team and because of that only they are also not sure if I will be assigned to that project or not. ( discussion still in progress with client )
What should I do ? Do they have enough project to accomodate me in different project ?
I also have offer from cognizant.

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

To the client it’s transparent. They honestly don’t care what your background is as long as they’re confident you can do the job (which may include specific industry/ experience.)
That’s fair, I would’ve thought with LinkedIn etc they might care, but glad to hear they don’t

Zero impact. Clients would actually prefer a grizzled older consultant with 10 years in operational roles than a fresh Harvard MBA.
No impact at M. We don’t spend much time babbling on about our credentials or where we came from ever. Some say experienced hires have a tougher time learning “the way”. However, nothing to do with sense of worth or project opportunities
It’s very difficult. But if you pass the interview then we believe you have the potential to persevere and ultimately be successful
