I just received a verbal offer as a program manager at vp level from a US BB in London. Unfortunately the number was a round down of my current pay. I’m currently a business manager in banking and thinking to move to the program manager role as a step towards more broader opportunities in the future (COO, consulting type of roles).
Should I accept the offer?
The HR told me that there will be opportunities for promotion in the next 12 to 24 months.

So I recently graduated in the fall semester from school, and I am now trying to find a entry-level full-time position in my field. I graduated with a BA in Cinema and Television Arts; specifically in Entertainment Media Management. I wasn’t able to do an internship because of work and personal stuff.
