Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good. Not at all actively looking to leave, but just looking for advice on if I would be crazy for not pursuing an opportunity for so much more money at least a little further. Long story short: last year in Nov 2020 I accept an offer for concentrix but unable to join due to COVID situation and got approval from the reporting manager it was only for a week.
Now recently I got offer for concentrix pune but they are asking to continue with last package which is below the baseline for this process.

Is Federal/Public Sector consulting fulfilling work? I'm at a tier 2 consulting firm right now focused on retail clients, and I just feel like there is zero point to this work. Its all about increasing sales of a product that people could easily live without. As an Associate, I just move boxes around on PPT slides all day. Looking for better WLB and fulfillment in my work, thinking that might be Public Sector work.

What's the market these days for someone with not-great technical skills, 12 YOE, TS clearance, hard-to-find/unique skillset, elite masters, middle management in DoD contracting, experience with critical/high profile roles?

I'm thinking 120-135k would be bad/mediocre, 180-195k would be possible/a stretch, and 160-170k would be doable/realistic. Thoughts? Not interested in Deloitte.
