Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

My friend recently joined with an IT company in Procurement field before joining with this organisation he worked in an NGO. Since he got an offer for an immediate joiner he joined here while serving notice period in the NGO where the Date of reliving and Joining is clashing right now and the NGO is not ready to change the date of reliving and this has become an issue in Background verification what would be the best solution to fix this issue.

Hi everyone. I applied for a couple of roles at a tech company, I have a panel interview coming up but since that’s been arranged another HR coordinator has reached out to do a screening interview for the 2nd role I applied for.

How do I approach this, the screening call is a couple of days before my panel interview?
