Does TCS really send for onsite(UK) once they initiate Visa process?
Initially when I was waiting they didn't initiate. When I put down my papers they are saying to raise the visa process. But i m not able to understand what to do or how to believe on them. My manager said to assure me on this "TCS can't just pay more than 1 lakh INR to initiate Visa just to retain an employee if they can't send him/her onsite."

Is it really true?
What to do?

Is Mindtree taking more time than usual to release offer letter after marge has happened?

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. I just started my professional journey this October so I really wanted to know what level of frankness I should have with my co workers like can I count them as my friends, how should I behave with them?
I've told by many people that don't get much frank with co workers.

I joined @MINDTREE in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX. Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis." Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ? How can i recover that 10k every month?

Which company send employees to onsite soon? If we consider normal times and keep covid out of picture. I stayed with Infosys for 8 years and had best ratings but never got onsite.. now I switched to captive but really want to go onsite. I will switch again next year but would really like to join company which send it's people onsite soon.. any suggestions?? P.S. I am saying soon because of family responsibilities I may have just 2-3 years afterwards I need to be in India. Thanks.

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.
