Yes, we have a “Stars” program that allows managers and employees to recognize one another throughout the year. There is a points system where employees can exchange points for items in an online catalog. There is also an achievement award system that pays out lump sums of money. I have recognized a number of my colleagues in the past this way, it is a good way to show appreciation.

We have a “Bravo” system that allows you to recognize a colleague, sometimes with monetary attachment. I use it when warranted (i.e. someone goes above and beyond).

Our recognition system doesn't affect bonuses or pay bumps. I do participate in the system since I think we should all be told when we do things that are above and beyond our typical work expectations.

I'm interested in joining your team

We have a program where you can award points

So this might be a better place to post this and ask this question: Uncle D has announced explicitly that most people won’t get a pay raise & bonus this year except for those promoted and high performers. Amid this crisis, are companies including other big 3, MBB, FAANG, boutique consulting firms still giving high raises and issue stocks? Can you share the impact from your firm?
