We have a policy against providing feedback after we inform someone we're not going forward with them. It's partly for legal reasons, but it's also just a basic business decision. We're not in the advice business, and if we're not working with someone we don't owe them our time. Sounds harsh, but it's just a practical reality that there's no time for that.
