During negotiations is anyone asking for paid health insurance or relocation assistance? I have always stated my annual wage xpectations and ask for health insurance and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year. I have had a relocation assistance and also a sign on bonus as well.
I have never asked about a bonus structure or if there will be one offered. What are anyone's thought? Or suggestions?

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

I got an offer from Cigna are they typically open to negotiations on hourly pay? 👀👀👀👀 I just need like $3 more/hr… that’s it.

Im a pastry cook with 4yrs experience and the average salary start for this position is now at $22/hr here in vegas, especially in the strip. But cooking/baking is not my passion. So im changing into veterinary medicine and im seeing that the starting rate for a vet tech is around $16-18. Why is that?? Why are people in the vet med industry being paid so low?? Something needs to change. Labor of love aint enough for the people in this job.

A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did. How do I bring this up as the supervisor mentioned that we shouldn’t be talking about our raises.
