Due to the length of my notice period (90 days) I decided to resign first and then look for jobs. Did I do the right thing? Also it has been 10 days since i resigned and have got no calls.

I have so many deadlines lined up and need to work over 15 hours each day. I am already burned out and have no motivation to work. Part of me dares me to not work and face the consequences, at the end of the day its just a job. Is it normal to feel this way? I am just not able to find the motivation to work. Anyone who has felt this way, how did you get through such situations and lack of motivation?

I am currently a care coordinator with one of the big insurance companies. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.
