What works be the onsite salary for JL6? Few posts i read days 42k, few other posts mention 110k..

Capital one giving $450 bonus if you move $50,000 into the account. Question: they said only new money qualifies. I had moved some money from cap one to chase on may 3. Can i just move that money back to capital one and get a bonus? Or would it count as “old money” and disqualify me from bonus since im just transferring the funds back to capital one from chase? im 10 weeks into my contract as a PO at a large satelline/wireless provider (synonym: plate) and the company has offered to bring me on as an internal employee.

currently i am hourly contractor at a rate of $50/hr + 2k sign on

the salaried offer is for 104k ( $52/hr)/ no bonus

problem here is that i work 48-52hrs/wk & get paid overtime, so taking this offer would actually be a paycut by about $250-300/wk

I have a close friend who is facing a small dilemma which is not allowing him to decide if he should join NIIT or a European company as a Manager recruiter. At NIIT he is supposed to recruit call centre professionals whereas the other company is an IT consulting and service provider. Also in the European company he gets to manage an internationally diverse team. The salary offered is almost the same. He is confused majorly because NIIT is a brand and the other is not.
