I have offers from both companies
A few things I want to understand:
- How does project allocation work in both companies?
- In EPAM, how tough are the client interview rounds for getting into a project?
- Is it common to stay on bench for long in EPAM if we don’t clear initial rounds?
- Overall, which one is better in terms of stability vs growth?
Also, EPAM is offering around 4 LPA more than Accenture.
